Minimal Effective Dose

An effective exercise program can consist of body weight exercises. Add a kettlebell and a jump rope and experience the changes that a few simple movements (with consistency and intensity) will bring. If you’re less than advanced, 3-4 simple exercise, performed with proper intensity and consistently will yield incredible results. For some, finding a gym that offers 40 different machines and a thousand mirrors will be the only way to motivate and maintain commitment. For others, a simple choice of doing pushups, bodyweight squats, and pull-ups will go far. Don’t over complicate your routine. You’re no an athlete and you’re not an elite special operator. Find your minimal effective does. Is it 30 minutes 3 times a week? Maybe.
